Led an exhibitions team that was required to be self-starting and nimble, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing information. Managed internal and external communication, task management, scheduling, correspondence and follow-up, project progress tracking and reporting. Assisted in hands on exhibition development and installation.
